Our Club has been fortunate to have received support and funding from the Fraser Coast Regional Council in the Fraser Coast Regional Council 2020-2021 Sport and Recreation Capital Assistance Program. Our project was a success and we thank the Fraser Coast Regional Council for their support. We were able to utilize local tradesman to carry out the works and received great support from them. We encourage all local sporting clubs to head over to the Fraser Coast Regional Councils website and check out the available grants. Our Project was completed in April 2021.

Our Club has been fortunate to have received support and funding from the Fraser Coast Regional Council in the Fraser Coast Regional Council 2019-2020 Sport and Recreation Capital Assistance Program. Our project was a success and we thank the Fraser Coast Regional Council for their support. Our Compound Shade Extension has given our equipment, club members and community members protection from the elements. We also have been able to upgrade our very outdated equipment which we were in need of. We were able to utilize local tradesman to carry out the works and received great support from them. We encourage all local sporting clubs to head over to the Fraser Coast Regional Councils website and check out the available grants. Our Project was completed in March 2021.

Bay Business Challenge

An annual event where local businesses are invited to compete in challenge races, bringing the business community together for a day of fun filled, light-hearted competition sprint racing.

 

Bay Schools Challenge

Each year Hervey Bay schools enter teams of students to compete in the Bay Schools Challenge. Junior development is an important focus of the club and fostering the sport of outrigging in our community builds the spirit of aloha and good sportsmenship in our youth. 

 

Bunnings Hervey Bay

Club fundraising is supported by Bunnings Hervey Bay where club members facilitate the sausage sizzle regularly at the Hervey Bay site on Boat Harbour Drive.

 

Reuse & Recycle Centre Hervey Bay

The Hervey Bay Reuse & Recycle Centre supports our fundraising efforts by allowing us the opportunity to hold sausage sizzlesat the centre.

 

Containers for Change

Congratulations to all our paddlers that attended the 2019 National Sprint Titles in Kawana.
